The campaign achieves through its SAS approach (Simple, Achievable and Sustainable).

• Communities to work and play together in making their neighbourhoods safer and healthier
• Local Authorities to finally engage the 80% of their population across the socioeconomic range that will never set foot in a health facility or engage in formal sport in order to tackle local health inequalities in line with their Local Area Agreements
• PCTs to adopt, promote and support an initiative that will impact on their National Indicator targets on tackling obesity across the age range from primary (NI55/56) to adult (NI8)
• Schools to engage parents/guardians of their children and their communities in supporting its “healthy schools” aims
• National Governing Bodies to encourage families to take up their sport as a means of becoming fitter
• Companies/Organisations to increase staff productivity by not only supporting each individually to become healthier and fitter but also offering a non-divisive internal team building mechanism.
