Service Delivery Audit
A full audit of your current service delivery model, this will involve a member of our senior team visiting your site/sites, viewing current sessions and advising/evaluating. Following the audit you will be presented with a bespoke delivery report and improvement plan.
Operational Management
A full audit of your current operations for delivery, including staff qualifications and lead staff/management capabilities. Following the audit Fit For Sport will provide you with the proposed training requirements and operations manual.
Delivering your own CHEP (Community Health Engagment Plan)
Over 20 years Fit For Sport have developed a SAS (Simple, Achievable and Sustainable) community plan (CHEP). Click here for more information.
Family/Community Event Management
Fit For Sport offer events management to include full delivery as well as consultancy on your own event/s.
Staff Training - Accredited and Non-Accredited
This bespoke learning programme provides sites with a full range of products / tools on how to up-skill sectors, achieve PSA targets, implement quality assurance programmes and evaluate results. We can also fully train your staff and senior management team to allow them them to offer and deliver community activities i.e. kids activities, holiday kids camp provision, fitter Kids and family/community events. Training can be Accredited or Non - Accredited.
Session and Lesson plans
Fit For Sport will provide you with the resources i.e lesson plans/session plans, delivery manuals and evaluation tools to ensure quality with delivery.
Kids Camp Delivery
Fit For Sport will provide you with the full licencing delivery model to run your very own Kids Holiday Camps. This service will include: Training, Operations manuals, Sessions plans and ongoing support/resources.
