We have been promoting our 'Healthy Lifestyle' message since we were
founded. The need to educate children and their families on the benefits of enjoying a healthy lifestyle is great, particularly considering the high levels of obesity this country is currently facing.
Fitter Schools UK Challenge, a FREE initiative for every school in the UK.
In its inaugural year in 2007 3,500 schools took part and nearly 1 million children
improved their fitness by 14.5%!
The Challenge, which is supported by afPE
(Association for PE) & Olympic Silver Medallist Roger Black MBE, has increased
