Our passion is creating and developing great children and family; managers, activity leaders, coaches, mentors, instructors and teachers.

The Fit For Sport Academy is our pre-employability programme aimed at candidates that want to gain training and experience in our sector.

The Academy is led by our experienced tutors and mentors passionate about working with people that would like to work in the sports and active leisure sector.
Courses range from Activity Planning and Leading to Behaviour Management and Child Protection, and are a great stepping stone into an Apprenticeship or other employment opportunities
