Fit For Sport are recognised as experts in delivering bespoke Activity Leadership Apprenticeship training for employers wishing to enhance their children’s and family activities programmes.

Working in Partnership with the Association of Physical Education (AfPE) and the National Skills Academy (NSA), the Fit For Sport Apprenticeship programme provides the learners with up-to-date and industry specific qualifications and training

The Fit For Sport Activity Leadership Apprenticeship programme is a great opportunity for people with the passion and enthusiasm to work within a sports coaching and activity leadership  environment to a wide range of age groups. The programme equips the learner with the skills, knowledge and most importantly the confidence to plan, deliver and review a safe, progressive and fun activity. The course includes additional Behaviour Management, SEN (Special Educational Needs) and NSPCC Safeguarding Children training to ensure the learner has the tools to adapt to a variety of employment environments

Target Candidates
This programme is aimed at individuals from 16+ who are interested in or currently delivering physical activities to a range of ages

The Fit For Sport Apprenticeship programme is designed to train and upskill your staff in your workplace. The Apprenticeship pathway is bespoke to your employment needs as well as providing your staff with industry recognised and sector specific qualifications

Individuals

Fit For Sport are currently recruiting for FUN and Enthusiastic candidates to join our Apprenticeship programme. Fit For Sport Activity Leadership Apprentices work and learn in a range of our School and Kids Camp services, progressing towards a variety of industry specific qualifications and building a toolkit of vocational competencies to lay the foundation for a career in this industry
